Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

We provide digital design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Design Systems
• Brand Identity

The deliverables, timeline, and specific terms for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content, materials, or intellectual property you provide to us during the project. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. We retain the right to:

• Include the project in our portfolio
• Describe our work on the project in case studies
• Use non-confidential aspects in our marketing

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are structured as follows:

• 50% upfront deposit to commence work
• 25% at project midpoint
• 25% upon project completion
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Project Process

Our design process follows these key stages:

1. Discovery and Requirements Gathering
2. Research and Strategy
3. Design Concepts and Iterations
4. Development and Implementation
5. Testing and Quality Assurance
6. Delivery and Handover

Each stage requires your timely feedback and approval to proceed.

Revisions and Changes

Our service agreements include:

• Two rounds of revisions for design work
• Bug fixes during the warranty period
• Additional revisions at our standard hourly rate

Significant changes to project scope may require a separate agreement.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Project details and specifications
• Business information
• User data and analytics
• Proprietary technology

Specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if:

• The other party breaches the agreement
• Project requirements change significantly
• Circumstances prevent project completion

Payment will be due for work completed up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
